- Deliver all aspects of social media, including content ideation, filming and editing, and posting across all major social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok, for RE/MAX Town Center, Motto Mortgage, and Gold Brick Property Management.
- Design, write copy, and produce marketing material for all three brands and individual real estate agents with an eye to make each marketing collateral piece unique to the stakeholder's brand image.
- Implement ads across multiple platforms, including third-party resources such as Google, Facebook, and Groundtruth, and internal RE/MAX custom marketing systems.
- Led process to rebrand RTC Property Management to Gold Brick Property management, including name selection, logo brief and selection, website launch, and development of newly branded marketing materials.
Education and Consultation: Engage daily with real estate agents through one-on-one consultations and group training classes to support agent business and marketing skills acquisition and growth.
- Taught over 50 unique courses to real estate agents on topics ranging from internal marketing technology and systems to external applications such as social media, Google search, direct mail, search engine optimization, mission statement development, customer identification, lead acquisition, and budgeting.
- Created a comprehensive internal Marketing101 course that included over forty original training videos to onboard real estate agents to modern marketing practices, develop a growth mindset, and plan their budgets for success.
- Built and manage an internal resource website for real estate agents that included onboarding, education and training, marketing files and resources, course videos, and agent request forms.
